正在离婚，男方提出来的。有一年幼小孩。男方坚持要律师和上法庭。COURT 要求

男方要付女方的赡养费和小孩的抚养费。男方不从，拒付。男方在婚姻中一直是学
生。女方一直工作，买房，供房，抚养孩子。男方生活奢侈，基本花光女方的工资。
现在男方工作了，收入很高，很快的要求离婚。原来的房子已卖掉，应为男方的工
作在外州，当时房价下滑，买亏了，只保住一个本金。虽然都是女方PAY的DOWNPAY，
付得MORTGAGE，男方要了一半的房钱。女方所剩无几。加上男方一直拒付抚养费，
女方生活借据，加上孩子在上学。

男方现在急着离婚，女方的律师现在建议不要同意离婚。如果离婚成功，女方的赡
养费减少至少50%。为什么呢？有知情，懂法的人解释一下这个系统是怎么WORK的。
如果正如律师所说的，女方是无法靠自己的工资和微薄的抚养费抚养抚养孩子的。
小孩已快到上学年龄了。真的很心疼孩子，妈妈只有很少一点积蓄。这么多年来，
男方不让女方买401K和小孩的EDUCATION FUND，只让女方在他身上投资。

如果真的要CUT赡养费,觉得挺不公平的。女方养了他那么多年，积蓄都给他花的差不多了。现在要离婚。女方的工资不会长很多，可是他的前途无量。女方到还好，可是可怜了孩子。

所以非常迷惑。也不想再多问律师，已经花了很多的钱在律师身上了。

1. 请问离婚后,女方的赡养费真的会减少至少50%吗?

2. 请问像这种财产和小孩抚养权还没有达成协议的情况下，法官会判离婚吗。

3. 如果女方提出因为 财产和小孩抚养权还没有达成协议而不愿离婚，法官会尊重女方
的意见吗 ？

实际上，自己也想把婚早早离了，心早伤透了。尤其想到孩子的将来上学费用，真的很伤感。现在孩子的学习很好也很开心，所以也不想给她换便宜的学校，怕她心里接受不了，落差太大了。可我一个人在经济上也撑的很辛苦。现在还要支付昂贵的律师费。也怕一旦婚离了，他就再也没有约束，也更不肯付SUPPORT了。

有时想想人干吗结婚呢，忙来忙去，竹篮打水一场空，还劳民伤财，彼此也上来和气，苦了孩子。
