should not be a problem. The lawyer would ask for deduction from his pay check. But the spouse support might be the problem. we were married less than 10 yrs. so the alimony would be really little esp the wife is still working.
But without the alimony, the kid has to quit the school, there is no way that the wife can support that amount for what she is earning now..
