If one party want a divorce then eventually the couple will get divorced. Now it is a fight. If you know that he want a quick divorce, then this is your bargin power to drag for a while and neogotiate a better agreement for you and you child.
And I guess the only one can answer you question in detail is your atty. You can write down all the questions in an email and ask your atty in an appointment ( cost $100) or ask her legal assistant. Usaully the legal assistant has more time and patience to answer your questions.
I am in divorce too. I think communication is very important between you and your atty.
