问好桃子! 好久不见了! 盲试cultured butter, 你们母女是真正的 foodie啊

我很喜欢cultured butter, 还有 clotted cream, 以前老去英国出差喜欢上的。可惜美国店一般都没有，自己尝试做过，但是嫌麻烦。

不知为啥美国Cream的脂肪含量都那么低，连double cream都没有。
