现在地产困局几乎就是当年三角债的翻版.三角债问题就是，债务连环套，单单动一个。很可能造成一家破产，家家都因为债务问题破产的局面。是典型的囚徒困境。所以现在地产新政之难，大体也是怕连环破局不可收拾。并且，在环环扣中牵涉利益环节众多，又在换届博弈之中，一时轻重缓急拿捏的如何最考验执行人的实际能力。

当年朱镕基刚上任面对的众多问题，也是一个不能轻又不能重。所以，首先从打击走私开始入手。并且打击走私一上手就是打击最大的走私集团厦门远华集团。这样，不仅杀人祭旗以达到立威的目的又既不涉及上层权力交接时候的争斗。不但又确立了初到北京走马上任的朱镕基的威望，还实际解决当时国家地方和中央财政困窘的局面。更重要的是，打击走私不涉及社会多数人的利益，不会引起社会震荡。多数人如果不是乐观其成，也不过围观围观。成效大阻力小。

现在，尽管动银行和证券，触及利益多。但是，当前三十年一大改已成定局的的前提下。能做神仙们有效交换的棋子中，党政军财，最容易做弃子的只有财经这个口子。只要银行证券弊案发作，个中涉案企业难免走冻结资产与账号的程序。到时候，账户上纵有万亿资产也是等死。并且，银行证券弊案件，向来现金多，影响小（不影响就业），社会反响剧烈。然后，杀贪官，充国库，围观酱油称颂，皆大欢喜。
