对了，我不太懂美国的福利政策，能抽空给说说吗？

法国我就不细说了，大家都知道属于世界上税收最高的国家之一，福利据说也很好，好到快要破产的地步呵呵

美国在世人眼里是最接近自由市场的国家，很想了解一下美国的福利政策都是怎样的，如果分一下，我觉得养老，医疗，失业，妇幼这4个方面大致给画个轮廓可好？
