今天在家上半天班，现在午餐正在吃的

多少比平时讲究点，却还属于快餐之列，毕竟鱼饼和饺子都是速冻现成的，只有香菇和青江菜是新鲜的：

有时候忙，就是这样风格的，虽然简单，但味道也不差的，面包是缺德舅胚芽麦发酵酸面包，里面夹的绿菜是arugula，下面一层白色的是火鸡胸肉切片，上面红色的是西班牙香肠切片，没有抹其他奶酪黄油，以humus代替，也是相当好吃的：

看到楼下健身妹妹们的贴，摸着自己的胖肚皮，非常惭愧。。。
