他们应该像Ferguson案件一样,公布大陪审团过程的前后和证据。

否则我们只看到了死者同伴拍的一段视频,我觉得很难说we are in a good position to question the Judgment that the grand jury has made, given that they have seen and heard a lot more evidence than we have. Given the controversy this has become, I don't understand why the authorities have not released the evidence and transcript of the process like what they have done for the Ferguson case.

I personally think that this case is less clear cut than the one in Ferguson. On one hand, this guy never physically posed any threat to the officers, and he never put the officers in any danger. On the other hand, once he resisted arrests by police officers, then all bets are off. I don't understand why he resisted arrest in the first place, considering he had had 30 prior arrests. He knew the drill. You fight for civil rights and argue over evidence in the court of the law, or better yet, with the lawmakers. You do not argue with police officers when they are enforcing laws. That is where you need to obey the authorities.
