next Thursday 是3月9号还是3月16号?

今天收到一个法国同事给我写的电邮, 英语写的, 让我准备一份招标文件, 他说next Thursday需要.  今天是周一3月6号,  在英语里next Thursday 是3月9号还是3月16号?
