枫桥夜泊     Mooring by Maple Bridge at Night 

张继 〔唐代〕

 

月落乌啼霜满天，Caws broke through the ice crystal filled night sky at moonset,

江枫渔火对愁眠。I couldn’t fall asleep when facing the maples along the river and the fishing fire on boats.

姑苏城外寒山寺，It was Hanshan Temple outside the Gusu city,

夜半钟声到客船。from where the midnight bell rang out to my boat.
