“I'm not worried about his saying "I thought of you" because she does teach plank etc. I'm worried that why he would report to her that he just got home.”

这两个行为是相互的。触景生情到“I thought of you”并用EMAIL汇报行踪？MM，我不想在新年期间说狠话，但我认为防范于未来还是必要的。
