one always let go first. I have seem 3 PMs got laid off in our project in the last 7 years, but for the last 2 times, I already know that would happen before they left.

So, I think stay in the technical side will be better for all of us. I was almost become the PM, when they force the last PM to resign. That is one of the reason I got for shock this morning.
