挂衣服那家中国人买不买洗衣机,干衣机,或者用不用洗衣机,干衣机是人家自己的事,和别人无关.
如果小区有规定,人家老人第一挂了,给小孩衣服晒晒太阳,提醒一下可以,但没有必要把人家的房子说成是贫民窟的房子. 事主听了肯定不高兴了.
如果真弄到BOARD去说,还没必要听人家骂自家房子是贫民窟的房子了.顶多给封信,申明一下小区规定.
