上面说现在假阴性很多， 是因为 RNA 不稳定， 会被降解。我说的是这个问题不难解决

现在美国市面上的测试， 在样品取到后的处理， 包括了加入抗降解酶，使其失去作用，以保证 RNA稳定。不过，要是采样不多，样品保存处理方式不对，加上 测试的设计不好，都可以使假阴和假阳增多。

测试的设计也很重要， 比如用哪些 RNA的碎片来作为判断。
