先把姜蒜和甜面酱一起炒一下,再把飞过水洗净的猪蹄放进去,等猪蹄都沾上酱色后,再放黄酒,盐,酱油,红糖,大料,花椒,其他佐料有就放,没有也行,再放些开水,大火煮开后,转小火炖。我是用铸铁锅做的。
