围更年期，premenopausia

我最近在国内，看中医，调养身体。

我现在月经三个月来一次，但是，每个月，到时候，头上，脸上都发痘痘，而且延续好几个星期，弄得我心很烦。

看了几次中医专家门诊，吃了中药，发现不起作用。

有的人更年期很快，月经一下子就没了。有的会延续很多年。

女性45岁以后就进入了围更年期，不管愿意还是不愿意。唯一能做的，就是加强锻炼。
