我其实在打击非法移民政策和无条件的Universal Healthcare

这两个政策上都是右派. 支持合法移民优先；支持有条件的Universal Healthcare, 比如cover18岁以下的孩子及其母亲. 美国health care已经占到17% GDP, 远远高与其他OECD国家.所以关键在于如何control cost, particularly on the cost of procedures and salary of doctors. 有兴趣的话, 有一本书非常值得看: Money-Driven Medicine: The Real Reason Health Care Costs So Much.
