corruption is everywhere. Much more so in the government than private sectors.
2nd, now we, the tax payers, will have to support the government departments which control the medical industry. We all know how extremely inefficient the government is. I don't want to discriminate but it is a fact that lots of blacks work in the government. It is hard to improve efficiency.
