当时阿富汗政府是亲苏的。和现在的Syria局势相似，米国明里暗里，以民主的名义，支持反政府武装。实际是冷战反苏。

当时，我们，因为国内邓时期的亲美反苏的外交政策，听到的是苏联入侵阿富汗。但实际上，苏军是被当时的亲苏政府请求进入的。就和现在，叙利亚的Assad，要求俄罗斯帮助，打击反政府武装（ISIS为最流氓的，最强大的一伙）是一样的。
