Seems he gets cold feet about the relationship becauus of the stress from both his business and your miscarrages. I assume the stress change the dynamics between you two.

Another thing, you two were together for three years and the passion starts to fade away. Based on the timeline, you two started to conceive immediately the relationship began. So here is the possibility, instead of not wanting baby at all, he only wants to make babies with someone he is really passionate about. If that's the case, you already missed that very short  time window.

My suggestion: try not to think about the baby thing right now, move out and give both of you a few months to cool down and think thing through. After few months , meet up and have a serious talk about marriage and child again and see how things go.
