(adult) Son: mother, i decided to move back home.
Momther: that's wonderful.

Son: shall i move my luggage to my bedroom?
Mother: no. Your bedroom has been converted to my library. You will move to basement.

Son: ok. When do you eat breakfast nowadays .
Mother: 8am. Here are the rules: as a writer, you should get up at 7 to do your writing. After dinner, you should take care of dishes. You will pay $500 as rent.

Son (funny face): mom, i see your cosmetic surgery effect.
Mother: you reminded me. Your rent has gone up to $800.
