I made Redwine ox tail the first time I invited him to my apartment.  He later told me that he sundenly felt different when he read out loud news to me on a computer in the dinning room while I was cooking in the kitchen.  He came to kiss me on my neck and said the dish smelled wonderful...

I brought Chinese spice smoked salmon to his parents' apartment as an addition to the Thanksgiving dinner.  I know it's not traditional and the dad does not eat fish :-).  But C and everyone else loved it.  Even though Mom said to serve it at the dinner and no one should touch it but people stole piece by piece and it was finished before the dinner!
