供献一个简单好吃的烘山芋/烤红薯做法 - 穷人乐

韩国店买的山芋，北方叫红薯，挑小的，老鼠大小，易熟

找一个坏了也不心疼的锅，底不能太簿，否则受热不均匀

锅内放入山芋，加少量水，盖上盖子开大火至水烧干，转最小火继续烘一小时左右（4只的量），或至山芋皮略焦香并有糖汁溢出
