The salaries of my co-workers are still secrete for me,

During 97-02, the IT field was hot, people jumped from one company to the other, so some employees were bought in to the company with higher salary than the others who had been working in that company for years. I think that is one of the reason that we can't find out how much others make. But if we look at the salary.com web site, we can get the general idea of other people's income
