if the Chinese families that you know can maintain the yards by themselves. That is nothing wrong. If they fail to do so, their HOA will notify them, or you can report that to your HOA. Other rude comments would be consider inappropriate.
BTW, I don't know where do you live, 250K+ cannot even buy a one bedroom apartment in our area. The house price must be very good in your area.
