趁着达人们都在，问个英文语法问题。

刚收到一个Text：

It would be nice if you were to go to the xxxxxx Harvest Festival with me Sunday.

我咋觉得这跟小时学的语法有出入呀。这不是将来的事吗？ 如果我写，我会写：

It would be nice if you are to go to the xxxxxx Harvest Festival with me Sunday. 

跟老美同事咋也说不清语法。在这请教一下。。
