Alliteration

今天晚上听了meg whitman在winning加州republican primary for governor 后给的victory speech，其中她的speech里有这么一句：It's time for a different style of leadership. A new beginning. Not glitz, not glamour, not glibness, but guts. A governor with the guts to do the hard work required to turn California around!
也让我想起了里拉写过的it‘s time for guts and guile。不论是guts and guile，还是not glitz, not glamour, not glibness, but guts， 都有g重复。这在英文上叫alliteration。我在那首年轻女孩和六七十岁的男人亲昵里也好几次用了这种技巧。
