请问foremost前面是不是要加the修饰啊？貌似是最高级。

我对冠词，时态的一致性一直是一团浆糊。最近看了语法书，专门看的关于冠词的，还是浆糊，也有越看越糊涂的趋势。记不住rules和exceptions，而且把平时的语感也搅乱了。
