I highlighted "foremost" at first is because I thought this word was not appropriately used there. But I wasn't 100% sure. So I removed my comment on "foremost". But for some reason, it was still highlighted.
I think you can replace "foremost" with the simpler expression such as "the most important aspects" in the article. But if you still use "foremost", I don't think you need to add "the" in front.
By the way, I am also not clear about the usage of different tenses. I asked a question in this forum before about when to use simple past tense and past progressive tense when both tenses are seemingly applicable. Also, I am not very comfortable on when to use simple present and simple past is some situations. So I need to read grammer book too or from large amount of reading to get more sense.
