From what i know Canada's laws with regards to small claims court is very similar to the US. I probably should pursue the case through the court, but not doubt it will take a lot of time and effort. I hate it when someone tries to take advantage of me. Even though I may not get my money back, at the end of it at least I will have stated it my case.
