This woman needs serious attention on her behavior, she may need to go through court procedure to explain why. Twelve hours of starvation for a baby? -- That's clearly against the law in my state, she'll be arrested if she does that again. (I don;t know too much about California, but I suppose that should also be a civilized state, or isn't it?).
