2.65%--贷款的艰辛

我对我的loan agent说：这次真的是最后一次了！发誓再也不受这个罪了！

做个refin搞得我们人仰马翻。文件这个那个要一大堆。

好不容易做好了，签字了，等funding那天了，insurance又出问题。insurance不同意提前付下一年的，lender非要坚持付下一年的。2边达不成共识。deal泡汤！

好了，重新lock，多了0。15％不说，这次到了最后funding的那一天，又来要additional docs。。而且只给我们4小时时间准备。不然又泡汤。我lg差点破口大骂。

绝对不会再搞什么refin了！！！
