一个房客给了我两份LES

One is with the department of defense and the other is with the army。
 I work for the army from 5am-1:30pm then for department of defense DLA on second shift from 2pm-10:30pm usually monday-friday

Army每月2000刀（包括BAS & BAH Type II）; DOD每月4000刀。

我的问题是：这样的工作有可能吗？

他的说法也奇怪：Army不是DOD的一个分支吗？

他的Military ID上Agency/Department一栏写的是Army

Pay Grade: E6

Rank: SSG


另外，我怎么知道他是否是reservist who are temporarily on active duty（因为他拿BAH Type II）？
他说2周后他才能拿到新的order.
他的ETS是June,2014，是不是说他还会在此工作3年？
