向家坛学习帖房子pp。

这个房子在硅谷外围（硅谷中心的房子100万只能买个2房一卫的小木屋）。2005年建成。07年此房售价134万。我09年94万买进。

房子居住面积3500sft，lot 7400sft。5房4卫。3口之家。

大家轻砸。后面再帖我的投资物业。
