跨坛姐妹给看看这算不算歧视

有一德国同事家里开PARTY，邀请了大组里除中国人以外所有的人包括INDIAN，LATINO AND Caucasian。我新来公司没多久，不知道这里的规矩，不过根据同胞们讲他们向来都这样。我怎么觉得怪怪的，是我心态有问题吗？
