the way those caretakers have chosen to treat these poor

kids is just to ignore them, totally completely. These babies don't even cry. They know that cry will not change anything. They don't even know how to smile. They have been neglected emotionally. I feel so bad for those babies.
The government would spend the money to put up a show. I believe they don't even feed these baby with milk. They use rice powder most of the time.

My adopted daughter's hair smells like chili pepper and it took about 6 month for the smell to completely disappear. She doesn't like the regular milk initially, but she would eat rice powder with milk.

I did not go to the orphanage and I will not let my daughter go back there either. I will not let her know that for about 8 months in her life, there is nobody that really cares about her.
