No one at work has given me guidance and inspiration as he does. He alwasy ask the questions I would ask at a meeting while no one else seems to notice or prentend to understand everything. Once I spent 2 weeks putting together an executive summary and he gave me valid feedback and suggestions after 20 I sumitted to him. My direct boss has never done anything like that..
