thanks for your input, I just add more info to here. Maybe it is not clear on my first post
1. my son is an adult. he pay everything by himself, rent, cell phone, food....
2. I pay everything by myself too, rent, phone bill. my BF and I don't live together.
4. He only gave me the used phone since he didn't need it. And I don't have codeless phone.
3. BF doesn't have any kids
