怎么激发lg的上进心呢？

刚和老公差点吵起来。他没有申请一个提职的机会，理由是他觉得不会成。我说你试都没有试，怎么知道就不成？我现在特生气，我们刚结婚的时候，lg很上进的，那时他比很多同辈提得都高，但是结婚以后似乎越来越懒了。专业书也不看了，专业证书考试也过不了，天天就是忙着看电视，打游戏，种菜，买便宜货，做饭啥的。还跟我说很喜欢家庭生活。现在经济不好，大家都很努力的，有机会要抓住。前几年我们积累了点钱，也不是很多，lg现在很有点小富就安的感觉了。我觉得老美很多都这样，没有国人上进，我真的很不满，
