做个调查

又到年底了，年终评估自然被提上了议事日程，我想跟这里的姐妹做个调查，如果老板跟你提起你的工作发展目标，你的回答会是什么？

1。Individual contributor & Why?
2. People Manager & Why?
3. Others?

不是糊弄老板的高调，是真心诚意的目标规划。
