He clearly indicated it's a casual dating game, not even exclusive, either your sister followed the rules to play, or she should get out to find someone else.If he asked for "exclusive" then see someone else, I will say he is a jerk. But he never gave any promises and said clearly "just have fun". Many American guys do casual dating, they meet different girls and have sex, as long as they say it clearly upfront, they are not bad guys or cold-blooded. It is your sister who totally got it wrong.I feel sorry she got hurt. A lesson to learn but really I don't think it is the guy's fault.
