I can definitely buy something as you suggested but I live single, and I don't want to go through any troubles of buying and selling, showing people my house and etc..
Also, I am the least "handy" girl you could ever meet in your life, and I only know how to put a nail on the wall to hang a picture, and that is the most I have ever done :-P
