Of course 结婚对他有好处啊.LZ is so much younger,at

least she could wait on him when he is very old and then 挂了.If LZ has a good job/good income, it could be another big plus too.
Companionship is also a benefit to him (and her, to some extent),but definitely it is just part of the whole puzzle.
