Besides, my hubby's photo won the first prize! It's the unfair result that bothers me.
The grand prize winner is definitely manipulated! And that photo was first posted on Deviant ART in 2006.
That photographer has hidden over 200 comments on that photo, the reason can be he told his fans how he manipulated that shot in the STUDIO, but now he's won the grand prize he doesn't want the world to know the fact. But smart readers can still know many people suspected that was a manipulated shot from the remaining comments.
Lady, my hu*****and is a high-end amateur photographer, he doesn't need you to tell him what parameters to use! You need to know how to create the mood for your picture, instead of jumping from some dark corner and calling people losers!

Here is why I think that's a studio shot.1.光源方向。（至少3个光源）
片中前轮和左后轮的投影在后方。（说明右前方有光源--摄影灯1）右后轮的投影被PS抹掉了。
主体人物和承载的垃圾都被左前方的“光源”（摄影灯2）照亮。
照片左前方是PS出来的光源。
2.主体清晰成像范围广大。（车辐条都根根清晰，不像自然昏暗光线条件下的运动照片。）
如果是运动状态下，光线昏暗的野外的手持抓拍，要获得稍微清晰的照片，至少需要1/250s的快门和大光圈。以此片中的锐利度，不在studio中人造光源条件下做静物拍摄，根本不可能得到
现在的效果。
3.主体中的风卷飞雪的效果也是PS造的。（如果不是雪，那只能是沙漠，想想看。）
4.摄影师室内打造场景，却宣称违心地误导观众，有违文艺的基本“道德观”。
PS: 摄影师的标题也拼写错了成“Peddling in Wind",怎么着也该写成“Pedalling in Wind",昨天我也是激动得没看出来。
BTW: peddling and pedal(l)ing are 2 words for sure! But in that photo, pedal(l)ing is the right word---meaning pressing the pedals on that tricycle!
