问clipmom你说的那个alimony and household income

我的一个朋友已经订婚了，马上要结婚了。她的情况就是这样的，那男的离婚时订立条约，给前妻一定数量抚养费。如果男的先去世，401都给前妻。

我这朋友现在正发愁。她最害怕的就是如果那男的失去工作，她还得用她工资去付前妻赡养费。她和未婚夫定了婚前协议，当然自己草书的，也没让律师参与。大意是说如果男的失去工作，女的不用管他的前妻。但这有法律效力吗？不好说。

但要是说household income都算，在重新计算赡养费，她要气死了。这婚不如不结。
