I couldn't make a breakthrough on my career path. Daily routine jobs were boring and nothing to learn. I led a team, the turnover had been high...

From time to time, I thought my career might have been over. Little upside but overpaid due to my seniority.
I even thought about giving up and returned home to be a full time mother.

Now, I finally saw a bunch of light at the end of the tunnel.
