People may choose their own ways to communicate here, for example, share their life experience and they might not have that much time and enetry to follow and comments on all the postings especially when they have big families.

People have different life styles and personalities, we are not perfect and never going to be, but the bottom line is not to spread negtive enegry (like some of the posting yesterday) because no one(incl. self) benefits from that.

Above points gives more perpectives and I like Dale Carnegie's books too.
