对前面的信，俺说几句。

Even the person who wrote the letter is right about the association rules but the letter definately sounds like this person wants to pick a fight. The wording is confrontational.
1. First of all, it is washed laundary "not dirty"
2. Secondly, it is a house not projects. The word projects is demeaning.

The writer of letter can not be classified as "Nice" considering the choices of words.
