那个12个一居室的公寓楼出了offer，

是跟listing agent 出的。 要等周二才有消息，

我现在就报着希望，想做不同的项目。

整栋楼的electrical 的大大小小的penal 都得换，

还要从200的电压升级到400，那个至少要1年。

因为PGE 审批很慢，以前我做过。

还要把boiler换成每套3个房间的baseboard 电暖气片，

这样我就省下很多水电费了。

最后还想把在6个车库后面的storage room，

改成garden unit，客厅直通后花园。

求大家多多给我祝福，希望我心想事成。

因为要做这么多事，可能花一，二年的时间，

我杀价了10%，cap rate从5.5，变到6.2，

所以有些担心拿不到，错过机缘。
