我觉得抑郁大多数人一生里应该都会有过，程度不同，但是

严重到自杀的地步可能还是跟自己的体质和基因有一定的关系。当然我也不知道，也是猜的。每个人的情况都不一样，遇到难过的事每个人的体验和伤痛程度也不一样，不在自己身上，不好说。

抑郁症到了一定的程度就跟自己怎么想没关系了。就是病了，发展趋势自己也控制不了。

有好日子赶紧好好地过，今天不知道明天的事。
